DESCRIPTION:
French cast brass and bronze 8 day, time and strike mantel clock, with Sevres porcelain panels, c1880
CONDITION:
The heavy ornamental case retains a bright polish, and the Sevres artist portrayed Asian themes. All the elegant castings are present and complete. The large round bell-strike movement has the Marti Medaille de Bronze stamp, and its serial number matches one inside the case, and it will need cleaning. Ht 19"
